These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bookmyflightcall.com and any booking assistance provided by the BookMyFlightCall travel desk. By using this website or calling our desk, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
BookMyFlightCall is an independent third-party travel agency. We arrange air travel on your behalf with airlines and ticket consolidators. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. Air transportation itself is provided by the operating carrier under its own conditions of carriage.
2. Bookings are completed by phone
This website provides information and sample fares only. All quotes, bookings, payments, changes and cancellations are completed by phone with a live specialist. No prices on this website constitute an offer; a fare becomes binding only when confirmed verbally and ticketed.
3. Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are free and carry no obligation to book.
- Fares are dynamic and not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
- The total price — base fare plus taxes and carrier-imposed fees — is disclosed verbally before any payment is taken.
- We do not charge a service fee; our compensation comes from airline and consolidator commissions.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by certified PCI-DSS third-party processors on a recorded line, only after your verbal confirmation of the itinerary, total price and fare rules. Your card statement may show the processor's or airline's descriptor. See our Payment Policy.
5. Tickets, changes and cancellations
- E-tickets are issued and delivered by email by the operating airline.
- Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the ticket you purchase, which are read out before booking.
- Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable. Where the airline permits changes, its change fee and any fare difference apply.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of traveller names and details provided during booking, and for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas) for your itinerary.
6. Call recording
Calls to and from our travel desk may be recorded for quality assurance, training and dispute resolution. Continuing a call constitutes consent to recording where permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sample fares are illustrative only. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyFlightCall is not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines or other travel suppliers — including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding or baggage issues — nor for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the commission we earned on the booking concerned.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, design, graphics) belongs to BookMyFlightCall. Airline names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
